Ignite Training with Kristin Haynie
Ignite Training with WNBA Champ Kristin Haynie is an intense player development program for all ages that will improve on your weaknesses and enhance your strengths. The workouts are designed for game speed situations. We will help develop and improve your speed, agility, and quickness, explosiveness, fundamental skills, shooting, defense, increase your basketball IQ, and build mental toughness. We encourage our athletes to step out of their comfort zone in order to improve on skills and teach how to play at the highest possible level.
If you want to get BETTER
B: Have great B-ody language when being coached – be attentive, be a sponge, be engaged, don’t be too cool for school.
E: E-nthusiasm – have a passion for what you are doing when you go in the gym by yourself, during training or during team practices.
T: T-ime put the time in and make that time count. It’s the quality of the time not the quantity of what you put in.
T: T-rust what you are doing by yourself in a gym and stay true to it.
E: E-nergy find a different gear when you are working out by yourself.
R: R-epeat over and over with R-eps and eventually you will R-eap the rewards!
